Moved in July of this year and so far have been very happy. Despite the small square-footage, my unit feels large and I like the colors and texture in the finishes. Parking has not been an issue and I had one problem with AC, I put in a help ticket in the evening and maintenance fixed the issue first thing in the morning. The location here is perfect for me, close to UNT and walking distance to the square.

You will have a better life trying to live with the homeless people that continuously wander around the building. At least the homeless are more polite than management!! Do not make the mistake I did, there's plenty of other options in Denton, pick another place.

I will start by saying do not live anywhere in Denton that has the Martino Group name attached to it. These people have been a nightmare from the beginning. I won't go on a super long rant because I know that no one will read through that. I will say that overall the apartments are nice. They're made pretty cheaply, but that's to be expected in Denton. You will pay an astronomical amount for VERY little square feet, and you will be told that your "amenity" is being so close to the square. Which... I promise you will NOT matter when you realize how insanely obnoxious the train is that runs directly next to your apartment. How creepy all the homeless people approaching you are while you walk to your car. On top of that, there is no office on site so the management does NOT take care of the property. There's dog poo everywhere and the entire property is trashed. I guarantee that you'll pay an insane amount of extra fees for all this "cleaning" that apparently happens, but it never does. The Martino Group has shown me that they do not care about their property, their reviews, or their tenants. They only care about one thing - MONEY. You'll never hear from them unless they have a new charge they want to throw your way, or they have a new fee that they want to add to your statement. It's absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have never moved in here, and I can not wait to move out. Please, do yourself a favor and live anywhere in Denton other than a property that is associated with the Martino Group.
