It's good overall, only wish that management were a bit responsive on phone. The apartment comes well in the budget, however there are certain differences in the apartments of the same price.

Quiet complex. Good laundry facility. Good prompt maintenance. Only thing missing is a dishwasher. Have enjoyed my time here since moving in.

Great location but always has a problem with A/C. Building SOUTH, other buildings might be different. Other than that, good management and no special amenities.

Apartment staff are amazing and super nice. Whenever there is a maintenance problem, they are quick to fix. The community is nice too, generally quiet. Beware of the roach problem however, as we pay for pest control every month but they only come out once every few months unless individually requested.
Additionally, someone with a large dog is not cleaning up after it in the backyards. I counted eight large piles in the past three days while taking my dog out and there are two waste stations in... the back. It would be nice if other members respected the community grounds.

Super annoyed by how complicated the renewal process was. I agree to keep paying you even more money, and you rewarded me by making me spend literally 15 minutes clicking through agreeing to so many things - including that I would ASK FOR PERMISSION to put up Christmas decorations. And now I have to again prove I have renter’s insurance and the process is grueling. I did the process, and now it wants another document uploaded - but the link goes to a page that WON’T LOAD!! I literally can’t... comply … will have to call the random 3rd party company and hope they fix it. You making staying very very painful - unnecessarily..
