Upper Management will lie to get out of providing a service that was promised, then not email you back. Record your visit to the showcase room (Your room will be 10x worse) to make sure your room has promised features. They don't check rooms before move in dates and you cant see your room until move in. Make sure you know when your lease will end. Spent the last two months trying to fix this issue that should have been simple but they gave up and said too bad get your own internet service... .

DO YOUR RESEARCH! THIS PLACE IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. They dont let you check your room before moving in, it was extremely dirty so be ready to clean. Also Ive had many issues when moving in due to upper management not giving the office resources to do what they need to do. The room they show you when you come in for the first time is NOTHING like your actual room, dishonest tactic. Just please do your research check out more then four complexes in person

Overall good place. Lived here for a year. Going on my 2nd. All apartments have their ups and downs. Hall mates never loud. Maintenance is quick. Office seems nice. They offer my dog treats when I pick up packages

The apartment complex is great! The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. When I moved my daughter in, everything went well with no problems. They were quick to fix anything we had upon our move-in inspection. I feel very confident that she is save and living in a clean complex. Anytime she has needed assistance with anything, they were there to help her. The complex has a huge dog park, a very nice pool area, and the grass and bushes are always very well kept. I would totally recommend the... Arbors of Denton to anyone looking for a place for their kids live.
